On 7th of July, 2023. I have ordered and paid but later the status showing payment failed and they did it. When I checked my bank account statement my money was debited from my account. So when I called them they said I haven't placed any order and showing no transactions even after providing all the details for the refund process they are still giving false hope that your money will get you soon and I am hearing this daily whenever I call them. When I have all the proof, the refund shouldn't have taken time this shows that they don't want to give my money back. Kindly please help me to get my money back from them.
