Complaint: Any special supplement along with newspaper not delivered; on enquiring, vague and unsatisfactory replies such as vehicle break down/ supplement not received from press etc, Such incidents happens invariably on days when there is a special edition/supplement. Whom to contact/complain? Will someone look into it and ensure that it is not repeated? Or is it the way annual subscribers are treated at DNA?
