Docoss Multimedia — Too many calls even after asking them to stop

Dish TV people calling from different numbers for promotions in multiple languages - Punjabi, Hindi, Kannad, English. I'm just fed up of this. Have asked them a lot of times to stop this, but seems they are totally deaf or playing deaf. And because of that we have to struggle with our life. I was placed order online on 29 april 2016 through docoss multimedia private limited. Company confirm that they will delevered mobile within 60 days. Still date they not delevered mobile & customer care number also showing switch off.
