[Resolved]  Brookefield Hospital — Negligence of Doctor

Hi,
My brother met with an accident today in the morning and we rushed him to Brookefieild hospital for first aid. After reaching the hospital he was taken into procedure room and was given first aid. later he was taken into x-ray room (no doctor accompanied him) for x-ray of patella. Meanwhile we were asked to pay 1200/- for consultation, first aid and x-ray. After some time a person came and asked us to leave. We went into procedure room to collect his shoes/pant and all nurses/doctor saw us leaving. In the evening we got a call from Hospital and Dr. Neha Shukla asked us to revisit the hospital so that she can give the prescription. We came by surprise as she recognize only in the late evening about the same. We stay approx 12 kms from the hospital it was not possible for us to revisit the hospital, so we request the Dr. to advise the medicines on phone. But we got shocked to know that she was insisting us to come and meet another Dr. Pradeep as he wanted to see the patient. She was admen and asked us to visit next day for medicines.
Ii am writing this out of my frustration as I m feeling helpless at this moment.

This was my worst visit to any Hospital and I request serious actions to be taken against Dr. Neha for her negligence.
