I want to draw your attention towards a very serious problem that is being faced by us---- the residents of East Azad Nagar, Delhi.
Since last 8-9 months dogs are increasing in our area. Earlier there use to be 4-5 dogs but now there have been 30-35 dogs around this area and they are creating too much nuisance by barking on passerby biting them, chasing during day and night especially during nights they bark a lot.You will find these dogs sitting on top of many vehicles as well.
I request you to look into this problem as soon as possible and take necessary action.
