Dog Catching — danger caused by stray dogs

The residents of apartment vsr serene, pillaiyar koil st, thoraipakkam are facing utmost trouble and danger due to stray dogs. They are nearly 15 in number & the number keeps increasing too. Residents especially kids are much scared to walk in the street. The situation becomes worse when the dogs are barking and when they fight among them. So please kindly make necessary arrangements to take away the stary dogs out of the area.
