Dog Menace In Society — Stray Dogs menace in Societies

I am from Amrapali Village Society, Indirapuram
The stray dog menace in our society has increased a lot and the stray dogs run behind elderly people and children playing in parks and bite them. There had been many incidences and today one dog bit my 11 years daughter. She is so afraid now that she doesn't want to go downstairs. I tried to approach to GDA, Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam and PFA. PFA talks so arrogantly and start teaching us laws without giving solution.
I would request the government to look into the matter. We are not feeling safe staying in societies. I don't know why we pay hefty amounts to stay in societies if we are not safe.
