Dogs Barking — i'm complaining about the dogs in my colony who barks so much that we can't sleep

Dear sir/ madam,

We are residents of vigyan nagar, indore and my complaint is about street dogs. There are so many dogs and they start barking at late nights so we are unable to sleep.
Please resolve this issue asap as it has started since a week.
They are unnecessarily barking. I checked as there was no one they were barking at midnight.
