Dear sir/madam,

I have placed order on 18th july'16 for dog raincoat 28 inches for rs 1136/- with confirmed prepaid payment and delivery schedule was given 2-3 business days. order was dispatched on 19th july with confirmed mail from dog spot and customer care executive mr. abin raina told me on 20th july'16 that docket details will be update after 24 hrs of dispatch. again on 21st i called 3rd party courier partner regarding the delivery schedule they confirmed me that no such docket details is updated..

I again called customer care and had a word with mr. abin raina he clearly told me couier cannot help you in this neither the dog spot.. it will again take 5-6 days to deliver the consignment from gurgaon to saket.. which is hardly 20 km from your ware house..

You think customers are fool.in same month i have ordered one more dog raincoat that was suppose to be delivered in 2-3 days again the confirm payment was done but delivery was not done even after 10 days order id : 285229.. ulimately i have canceled the order..

Is this you called customer services & atleast hire some better executives in customer care who can take the responsibility of their own commitments given to customers.

I would advise all pet lovers to never purchase anything from this worst site
