Domino's Pizza — Amount deducted twice | |||
I walked into domino's pizza manyata tech park on 20th june 2016. I placed an order for chicken mixicana & coke. The lady in the counter used the card and said that the card is declined and used it again, due to which the amount of 362.27 had been deducted twice. The lady didnt bother to inform the same to me, when i checked my message sent from bank i realised its been taken. On questioning they informed that its a machine error and will be refunded within 24 hrs or i can call [protected]. I waited to 24 hrs, amount was not credited, so contacted the number. The respresentative who received the call (Aslam) was very rude and started arguing that the amount was taken only once, instead of me telling that i have a bank statement which says twice. Finally i had to hung the call due to the rude behaviour of the agent. Very poor customer service ever. Invoice number - dpi66968/16-17/11631 Was this information helpful? | |||
