Domino's Pizza — Two orders placed and never went through/refund initiated only for one order

I have place Online order for rs 515 on the 19th Jan16', but got an error unable to process order but the amount was detected.refer number[protected].
Treid to palce order second time same error and amount detected 515 ref :[protected].

Called customer care, was transferred to 4 executives(no one knew what went wrong ) Finally a sensible one stated refund will be process within 7 working days.

I received email from Domino that refund is initiated but on;y for[protected] not the late one.

called Customer care again the same lame response it will be process, informed the email states only about the 1st order no email for the second transaction executive reluctant.

Kindly assist, this great inconvenience as have to call Customer care for refund when there sites are having issues.
