Domino's Pizza — 30 minutes guarantee not being met

Hi my order no 427 for Rs 583 was placed on 15th May 2015 at 8:51 PM from the dominos store SHOP NO-4, BLOCK-C, GROUND FOOR, OMAX PLAZA, SECTOR-49GURGAON-SOHNA ROAD, , GURGAON. According to the delivery policy, i was supposed to get the delivery within 30 minutes on the first barrier, which was not the case. The delivery was late by 12 minutes. On talking to the restaurant people, i was informed that on the Friday offer of 1+1, they do not havve the 30 minutes dealivery guarantee. Now despite me arguing that i was not informed of this on while placing the order or prior to it, i should be given a refund (max Rs 300) as per their policy. In spite of me talking to their store manager (Mr Shahshank Dharmendra Kumar) i was not given the refund, and i am forced to submit a consumer complaint. Request you to resolve this.
