Domino's Pizza — 30 minutes guarantee policy not complied by the franchise outlet

Hello,

I have ordered 4 pizzas by the domino's online app.. It was late by more than 5 minutes though the franchise did not complied with your 30 minutes delivery policy.. And rudely taken the pizzas back by saying that 4 pizzas are not applicable for this policy.. However in your online app the minimum quantity is 5 backed items and 4 pizza mania... And my order was 2 regular pizzas and 2 medium pizzas.. So it was less than 5 pizzas..
When you are saying 30 minutes, than if it is a second more than a 30 minutes it will consider late.. And my order was late by 8 to 9 minutes and no prior intimation was given by the franchise, and my house is hardly 5 minutes away form the outlet, and there is no entrance gate, security guard or reception over there and any person can enter in to society directly to the concerned house... If your policy is just for attracting the people and making them foolish.. Please remove the schemes from your company apps and websites to cheat the customers...

I m also sending the attachments of the screenshot for the late order..

The outlet address is at Shop No 5, Ground Floor, Kalasagar Shopping Hub Near Satadhar Cross Roads, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380061.
And prior to the above mentioned order, all the time they had given intimation that the delivery will be late and order Will be delivered between 45-60 minutes, just to avoid their liability and maximum time they delivered the order late, i.e. after 30 minutes, even on the Normal days..so they are just avoiding the policies, by this way or that way... So either Domino's company itself or it's franchise outlets are cheating and making frauds to the customers...

After the complaint, the manager of the franchisee outlet, namely Shristi, has contacted me and she apologized on behalf of the delivery boy for the inconveniences caused by him.. and she has offered the same order as complimentary, without paying any cost for it...
I appreciate that the authority of the outlet and the company has taken the issue seriously and tried their bet to resolve the issue... I have no grievance for my complaint as it is resolved.. but my only advice is the staff and delivery boys should be updated with their rules and the terms and conditions..I again thanks to Shristi for giving her efforts to resolve the issue/complaint
