Hi myself Shilpa, I had ordered Pizza worth Rs. 500/- on August 24, 2014. Even though transaction was successful and money got deducted from my account, but order was not placed. I called the customer care no and lodged a complain (Feedback Reference ID is:: 454587) about the same on August 30, 2014 and said that i will receive an input on my complain within 2 working days but it is 3 days since then i have still not received any response on my query.
My transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 500.
It is 11 days but still no proper response on the same have been received. Request a response asap
