[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Charged more than specified MRP on Product Catalogue, Cheating customer on Actual Price

Hello, Recently i visited a Dominos pizza outlet in Panjim Goa (Shop No 10-11, Old Municipal Bld, 18 June Rd, Goa and ordered two medium pizzas one Peppy Panner (Medium TC Pnr Pep) + Choco Lava and one non-veg Chicken Fiesta (Medium BU Chick F) + Choco Lava. I had a received a SMS of discount coupon for Rs. 100/- so i requested the counter girl (Sweta G) to apply the same code (MOB02) to apply separately. To my surprise she had said Rs. 529 /- and Rs. 535/ - for both orders without discount and after applying discount code, she charged Rs. 529/-= and 592/-. When i thoroughly cross checked the prices of pizzas i had ordered i have observed a price difference that she has charged and actual price mentioned in dominos catalogue. In the catalogue Medium Peppy Paneer Price is Rs.420/-whereas i was charged Rs.455/- Order No 240, similarly Medium Chicken Fiesta Price is Rs.420 and i was charged Rs. 505/- Order No 237. This is completely not acceptable and i would like to complain against Dominos for such exorbitant Charges and looting customers. Kindly take a definate action at the earliest.
