[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — degrading service (mahim dominos) | |||
DEAR dominos team, I have been dominos's customer since ages.. the mahim dominos is the most worse one by far they never have provided me proper service and every time i would talk the manager he would assure the better service next time, but that never happened I shall narrate my this time experience I placed my order at 8:22 pm (server SONIA. P.) As usual the order didn't reach on time, when I called up the store to ask how long would it take, there came no reply and she refused to give the line to the shift manager..and said, call the store later ! I got my order around 15mins late (9:10pm) the delivery guy pleaded as asked me to pay(not giving discount for late order ) as he said "mujhe black marks milenge" I told him "I shall pay him full money, BUT I WON'T ORDER AGAIN ! HE SAID OK MADAM ! { I did pay the entire amount (Rs.510) } I didn't receive sorry card ..I called up the store to inform about it, the store guy simply said ok, so ? What can I do? When I said I ain't ordering from dominos again, he said ok, fine bye ! When I asked store guy for his name he gave some (fake name ) girls name ! Was this information helpful? | |||
