I am chetan from odisha. This complaint is regarding the permanent deletion of my account with dominos. I have written over 8-10 mails to dominos requesting for my account deletion, but for most of them I have not received any response. After a lot of efforts, I spoke to someone from the customer care team who informed me that account deletion is done by the Dominos Corporate Department and asked me to forward the email to them at the email address - [protected]@jublfood.com

I have written multiple emails to the corporate team on the above mentioned email address, but they have not responded to any mail. The dominos website clearly states that the request for removal of all personal information can be done through mail. Yet, dominos customer service representatives have been irresponsible in handling and processing my request. This not only amounts to harassment, but is also a serious violation of my privacy and my rights as a consumer.
I would like to place it on record and remind everyone at dominos that it is the right of every individual to get his personal information deleted and it is the duty of dominos to remove such information. These kind of experiences do not speak highly about the people handling the customer service of dominos.
