Domino's Pizza — did not receive the order

I ordered pizza from dominos app and it was confirmed with 30 min guarantee. After 30 min when i checked my app i got to know that it is still being baked. I tried calling the restaurant but no ome answered. Then i contacted the customer care executive and she told me that it is on the way and the delivery boy will contact you soon. After 50 min. Of waiting the dominos app suddenly started showing the deliver boy amit kumars mobile number. I contacted him and he told me that your house was locked and now your order is cancelled. I was shocked at the way he was talking. How can my house be locked when a party is going on and why dint he contact me when he saw my house locked. The truth is that he never came to my house and dominos cancelled my order deliberately so that i dont get discount of rs300 as 30 min. Was past way back long and the 30 min. Guarantee is applicable in my case.
This is the strategy of dominos to fool its customers. 30 min delivery guarantee is a hoax and is just a marketing stunt of dominos and if they cant deliver in 30 min. They dont deliver only and tells the customer that you were unreachable etc etc.
