Domino's Pizza — Didn't get the refund after failed order confirmation

I tried to order pizzas of rs.449 from the Domino app on 10th February 8 PM. I used the PhonePe app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app, it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that on the app, there was no proper customer service available to assist with this issue.

So I submitted a complaint on this forum against Dominos, and then I got a call from Dominos saying we hadn't received any payment check with PhonePe.

So I raised the ticket with PhonePe, and after 30 days they are saying Dominos has confirmed that they have received payment and handed over the goods which I have not received.

I am attaching some screenshots of the transaction and PhonePe ticket response.

So I need help for getting the refund as soon as possible. Because its taking too much time.
