[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Dominos no refund after prepaid online order failed | |||||
Hi, Date order: april 07, 2016. Transaction number: cd[protected] Dominos center: sector 48, noida I ordered online and paid rs 475/- online. After successfull payment, i got an email saying- "oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason.". I am waiting till date for refund... What the hell is this.. Even talked to manager at sector 48 dominos branch, he keeps on repeating that wait for 7 days... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Ordered for a pizza online. Pizza was not delivered even after one hour. No one contacted to inform about the delay. Got a message that the delivery was made. In fact the food never came. Service and commitment level of employee is sub standard. Moreover they are trying to defraud customers by sending wrong delivery message.
No dinner for family and guest. Dominos should be ashamed of itself.

I Called centre of sector 48 Noida today, Mr Sanjay Bhadoria pics up the call and tells me that,
"Order was not failed !!! we processed it... "
What crap and unprofessional behavior from Dominos... You are here to eat up my money ??????
