Dominos Pizza — E Voucher not redeemed

I, Neetu Rai ([protected]) residing in Delhi purchased an e voucher worth INR 600 online from Dominos site on 19th October 2015 to gift it to my friend Rohit residing in Malad, Mumbai. The voucher could not be redeemed and since then i have been calling and also writing mails to Dominos but they are not doing anything about it. Details: I, Neetu Rai ([protected]) residing in Delhi purchased an e voucher worth INR 600 online from Dominos site on 19th October 2015 to gift it to my friend Rohit residing in Mumbai (Malad). Few days later on 29th Oct 2015, when my friend was ordering online at Dominos site to avail the e voucher, he was not able to redeem the same. He called (First call) local nearby Dominos to ask and he was being told that it has to be redeemed at outlet which obviously was a complete non sense revert as e voucher being clearly stated at Dominos site itself can only be availed online and not at physical outlet. The same day I called (Second call) Dominos Delhi at[protected] and they said Mumbai Dominos can only resolve this. I then called (Third call) Mumbai Dominos at[protected] and they said local Malad outlet can resolve and transferred my call to Malad outlet. Now, the Malad outlet (Fourth call) was saying they cannot do anything with concern of e voucher and that I should talk to Mumbai Dominos. For around I.5 hours we had only been calling, explaining and been put on hold by Dominos people and thus were harassed without any resolution of our problem. I wrote a mail also explaining this incident but no revert. The next day, I again called (Fifth call) Mumbai Dominos, explained everything the 5th time and the person at other end said that I should tell him where and how I tried to redeem the voucher. I told him that since my friend tried to redeem so he can only tell you this. He told me that my friend should call him back on landline number only as they are not authorised to give their number nor make any call which was strange. Sixth call, my friend made and explained everything the 6th time to the person who picked although he asked for the concerned person with whom I had a word. When this person could do nothing then he transferred the call to the said person. The said person finally said that he is registering the complaint and that it will be resolved within 48 hours. We will get an email or a call from Dominos for the same. 48 hours passed but nothing happened then again I called (Seventh call) Dominos Mumbai to enquire and the person on other end said that the person to whom I spoke last time has left the job. I explained the whole incident seventh time and this person informed me that no such complaint has been registered and that he is registering the compliant now and it will be resolved within next 48 hours. I finally got a mail on 4th Nov 2015 from [protected]@jublfood.com that they will resolve the issue in next 2 days and that Your Guest Feedback Reference ID is: 850958. Nothing was done and on 6th Nov 2015, I received another mail saying that my issue would be resolved in next 2 days and that Your Guest Feedback Reference ID is:: 853065. On 12th Nov 2015, they wrote me another mail that in respect of Reference ID: 850958 they are not able to reach me on the number and that I should give them an alternate number. I wrote back that I am very much available on my number mentioning the number on the mail again. Then I got a call from Dominos from Mr. Vishal who said that I should mail him that original mail which I received from Dominos and assured that the matter will be resolved. I mailed him but nothing happened. On 19th Nov 2015, I got a mail from [protected]@jublfood.com in respect of Reference ID: 850958, since they are not able to contact me they are closing the issue. I was shocked and wrote back that their representative has already called me on this number and had spoken to me. I also sent a reminder to Vishal but nothing he did. I am completely fed up of chasing Dominos on this issue. Dominos people are either sleeping or fooling around. I want refund of my INR 600 and the compensation of all harassment I went through.
