Called Domino's Parel (E) at 21:03 on Oct 4, 2014 to place a dinner order for guests. A lady answered, repeated my order to confirm it, confirmed my bill amount and said the pizza may take more than 30 mins, but it would be hot and fresh. At 22 00 hours, I called and was told by Gaurav no order was placed at all, and whether I had asked the staff her name!! I asked Gaurav to put the lady on the phone, and was told she had left for the day. I asked for the manager and shift manager Tafeer Chaudhary said he would deliver the order free in the next 30 minutes, by 22 50 hours. I repeatedly told him not to take the order but he apologised and said he would send it anyways. At 22 50 hours, the order came in with the whole bill amount. I sent it back, and called Mr chaudhary, only to be told that I was not the only customer, and my guests had not been waiting for 2 hours but only 30 minutes and he could not afford any discount above Rs. 300. Net result: My guests are still hungry at 11 pm. Any ideas? Was this information helpful? |
