invoice no- DPI65762/15-16/31666
i ordered a double cheese margherita with cheese burst and a coca-cola, paid online an amount of 292. i applied a coupon APP50 and i ordered it by mobile app.
the delivery boy came and he was not having the complete order, i.e. he didn't bring coca-cola. so i asked him to take the pizza and go back and get the coca-cola with pizza. but as the 30 minutes had been over, he called the kitchen and talked to manager and then he said that he would give me money of coca-cola. i denied and i said that he was late and he should give me the pizza free as it had been 40 minutes, as for 10 minutes i was standing with him. so he dialed his manager and his manager talked and i talked with him and after having a discussion with the manager, he said that he would punch the order as late and i will get my refund within a week. so i took the pizza, without the coca-cola, i repeat i didnt get the coca-cola for which i had paid. then i called the customer care as i didn't get any confirmation regarding the refund, request no- 687616.
now it has been a week and i haven't got my refund. i dont know wat to say to you people. just do what u promise, refund my money.
