Domino's Pizza — irresponsibility at its peak | |||
Despite being a fan of dominos pizzas I have decided not to ever order from there again! So much exasperated by their service! I ordered via mobile app and my card got charged for the order. I was doubtful about my order because no order number got generated, so I called them. One of the guy confirmed my order. After waiting for nearly 1hr I called the central helpline again and to my surprise this time no one had a clue about my order! Above all there wasn't a single executive free to receive my inquiry via the central feedback system! I squandered my Sunday evening waiting and waiting on their call waiting for some executive to get free. If these people cannot handle or manage mobile apps they should not give us the option! One of the guy had the audacity to say that mam it generally happens on mobile apps and you will get your refund within seven days! God!! It's not just about my money, it's about my time my beautiful evening and my craving - all of which got ruined pathetically! Dominos has lost a loyal customer! Forever!
