Domino's Pizza — Late delivery and still asked for full payment.

Sir, I am pratik from surat (guj.). I ordered pizza at dominos trinity branch L.P. savani rd. Adajan, surat. at 9.02 pm and they gave me delivery at 10.35.pm. When i asked them about 30 mins policy i.e. pizza would be free if they deliver after 30 mins of placing order then they replied and said we cant give you any discounts. I have to take that delivery as it was so late and even my kids were hungry as my wife didn't cooked any food at home. This is the simple case of consumer cheating. Please take some action.
