Domino's Pizza — Late delivery and unprofessional behaviour of the crew | |||
I had placed order(no208 ) dated 30.7.16 inv noDPI66098/[protected]/25453 which was delivered latter than 50 mins and after 42 mins of placing the order when I called up new alipore dominos they told me that the delivery guy shall be delivered in next five mins and he shall also tell me the amount deductible from my bill for late delivery.. The guy who came to deliver the pizza tells me that I was already informed of the delay so I shall be paying him the entire amount . later when I told him that I was told 35 mins while placing the order and latter the person whom I called again told me that the delivery boy shall tell me the amount deduction he was taken aback and told me to take the entire amount to which I refused. My only question is why have such fake commitments which cannot be honoured with grace or why shud a customer have to go through the ordeal to get what is their right upon not fulfilling your delivery within the committed time. The way the entire thing was handled firstly by the lady taking my second call and latter by the delivery boy was like I wanted a free pizza or would have to out wit them to claim my deduction. My mail is not for any kind of apology call or refund or a free pizza but for a reality check for you at dominos also to bring to records such untoward incidents.
