Domino's Pizza — Late delivery , wrong communication and no refund

I ordered chicken fiesta pizza from dominos, andheri East, seepz outlet. I received call from store at 29th min that person is leaving the store. Whereas there was no intimation from store or delivery person if pizza has arrived to the destination. While asked for free pizza on late delivery as per dominos policy, Mr.Mushtaq from store denied the same. I had to call store again if delivery boy has arrived at gate. As a result of time wasted in argument, I had to pay money for a cold pizza...
