Domino's Pizza — Money deducted but order not placed | |||
Yesterday I ordered dominos pizza online worth rs 459. I use paytm as payment method. When I executed the payment I got a payment failure. When I checked paytm account the payment is showing as successful. I called paytm and they send me a mail confirming that full amt for released to dominos. And I should contact them for refund if I did not get the order. I had checked with the dominos outlet that was supposed rocdiliver and they say they did not get any order. So clearly dominos has the payment and there is an issue with there payment system. There are LOTS of similar complaint. I want my refund of 459 rs from dominos.
