Domino's Pizza — Money deducted . order has not been placed.

I placed an online order with Chandannagar Hooghly Dominos on 4th June for Rs 594 through my HDFC credit card. The money was deducted but the order was not placed. When I called up the store they said the money shall be refunded in 7 days. When I called them today they are saying that they cant help me in any way. And are asking me in which account I have done the payment as if I can choose payment accounts as I wish. They are also telling me tl check with bank whether I placed order with Dominos or somewhere else. Who speaks like this stupid illiterate people.
