22nd Feb - I had ordered a pizza and garlic bread worth 304 rupees from dominos website using my debit card. It told me that the order did not go through but my money was deducted from my account.
On calling the customer support & the local store, I was told my amount would be refunded in 7 days but i havent got back anything. Below are the reference ids I got from my bank.

I had spoken to them through their facebook page a number of times and i was always told someone will call me back but now they have even blocked me over there
