Domino's Pizza — Non Adherence to policy and rude behaviour | |||
Respected Sir, I ordered pizza at 9:18pm on 7th September, 2014. The delivery came at 9:53pm. While ordering no one told that time guarantee is not available. We claimed from delivery boy the 30 minute offer. Delivery boy further told us to claim the offer we need to communicate the same to senior manger at store. With my conversation with manger, I insisted him for the offer. He replied that no time gurantee is given by us. I replied no such thing has been communicated to me while ordering. Manager there named Smile, started talking rudely and told me: 1. Don't eat my brain and pay the money 2. Don't explain me the policy, I am the father of this policy 3. You poor people always want to eat free pizza 4. Give the pizza back or pay the money The attitude of the manager is very hostile and cannot be tolerated. The call was done from my phone and I have everything in recording. I am going to sue you guys as my self respect, prestige has been compromised. I have sufficient things on record to prove the same. You cannot hurt the sentiments of people by talking like this and cheating people by non adherence of your policy. I demand a apology in writing from the same manager at the earliest, otherwise I will have to seek redressel from consumer forum regarding the same. Consumers are treated as god in India, but the dominos is not able to respect our culture. Consumer service and satisfication is the prima facie goal for every organization for growth, which cannot be achieved through such hostile attitude.
