I placed an order no. 390 online at 6.20 pm for delivery time 8.15 pm from domios pizza centre, south x mall – kanpur. Thereafter regular communications elicited rude or no response from kanpur outlet and even delhi office. My first feedback reference id is: 1265106 8.18 pm: second feedback reference id is: 1265168 at 8.28 pm: third feedback reference id is: 1265342 at 8.53 pm and fourth feedback reference id is: 1265741 at 9.42 pm have all went unresponded. When the delivery boy came at 9.40 pm (Delay of 85 minutes with a soggy pizza, i refused the acceptance of delivery and wrote the same on delivery slip. Still no response. Even the advance payment made through credit card is still not reversed by dominos.
