Domino's Pizza — Online Order Issue | |||
Dear Sir, We are the regular customer for Dominos and we always order thru online. From past 2/3 times we are facing the issue while ordering using Dominos website. The amount will be deducted but the order won't be confirmed and it happened twice last week (i.e. on 19th Sep 2014) and today as well. Again we faced the same issue today. I don't know who is maintaining this website every time wer get this error and even though we informed its not rectified. We ordered for an amount of Rs 1, 093 dated 17th Oct 2014.
Please check on this issue and get it resolved so that customer don't face this problem again and again.
Thanks and expecting a good and unit erupted service from Dominos.
