With ref to order no.356 placed in Karnal sector 12, Part - 1 Branch(Jubilant Foodworks Ltd).
It was highly unsatisfactory and dispappointing experience.
We placed our order with the above mentioned branch at around 10:04pm that was taken by Mr.Sanjay.I would like to bring to your kind attention that the person was immensely rude and carelessly took the order.
With ref to our order, we cancelled the Garlic bread and it was well communicated to the above mentioned person but the bread was still part of our order.Secondly, 3 cheese dips were sent against the order of 2.He disconnected the phone without telling the total amount of the bill.When we called back to confirm the bill amount, he told us Rs 652 which we suspected so we asked him to repeat the order.When he repeated, we told him that we asked him to cancel the bread but he simply DENIED it.I REQUEST YOU TO OVERHEAR THE RECORDED CONVERSATION, as it would VERIFY the facts.
At the point of getting the delivery, we made a call from delivery boy's cell to manager to complain about the whole scenario .But due to insufficient balance, the phone got discoonected in between.I am SUPRISED THAT EVEN MANAGER DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL BACK.
It is very sad and humiliating experience.It was ZERO SERVICING.Such experiences can shift your customer loyalties.
I hope STRICT ACTION would be taken.
