Dominos Pizza — Order not taken

Hi, I have ordered 1 Regular Pizza + 1 Garlic bread at Dominos Pizza, BTM layout outlet, Bangalore at 1.57pm on[protected] with a promising delivery time of 30 mins. At 3pm on[protected], I called at the same counter, they said there is no order placed with my mobile no. Sometimes problem may occur, but informing to the customer that the order was not registered is atrocious. Thanks Gokul
