I had preordered pizza at afternoon 1:00 for the time 3:15 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation".
I went to store but they are not helping, they are just saying to contact customer care but customer care never gets connected.
I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, I want refund.
