I tried to order a dominos pizza from their website on May 13, Made the first successful payment from my AMEX and 686 rupees got deducted but the website showed a Something went wrong error and nothing happened after that. I tried ordering again thinking the money will be refunded. Tried my second payment via ICICI Amazon pay credit card for the same amount i.e 686 rupees and the same error showed up but the order didn't get placed.
I tried to order again via UPI and this time I made an account and logged in the website which I dind't do earlier. The order got placed. It's been 3 days and the 2 failed orders for which the payment got deducted is not refunded yet. The website should know that the order got failed and payment was done and this should have been communicated by their customer support team. I highly doubt if they even have one as I couldn't find any number to reach out to them except an email. Kindly help in resolving this issue Was this information helpful? |
