Domino's Pizza — Pending order confirmation (Amount deducted)

I had preordered pizza at evening 8.10 for the time 8.19 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending ".

I went to store but they are not helping, they are just saying to contact customer care but customer care never gets connected, I have been cheated by dominos.

I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, I want refund.

Total amount of order is 590 INR

I had scheduled delivered pizza at morning 10:56 for the time 12:45 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending ".

I had order via Domino's app on 02/05/2021 at 7:20 PM and scheduled the order to be delivered at 9:15. After going through the cart and making the payment through I did not recieve any mail or message of confirmation however the payment was done and the amount was deducted from my account. As it was showing on the Domino's app that pending confirmation I waited patiently for an hour hoping the order would be confirmed. But it didn't, so I had to drive to the nearest Domino's i.e. Dapodi, Pune branch where the person guided me that we haven't received the order and that the amount would be refunded back within 48hrs. Having no other option I had to place the order again via the Domino's app and wait for another 35-40 mins outside.
As of now, I haven't received any refund and hope that it will be soon refunded.
Total Amount is INR 1158.
