The items were loaded in the cart and proceeded for payment on line. After confirming the payment i proceeded for payment online by debit card. While the payment was being processed, the connectivity failed and the order did not mature. However and amount of rs 695 /was debited to my account with canara bank. Txn no:[protected] at 21:05hrs on 15.7.2016. I contacted your bansdroni outlet at nsc bose rd, kolkata-700047, but they confirmed that no such order was received by them. The amount has not been re-credited to my account. Please arrange to refund rs 695/ to my account at the earliest. Hi, I have placed an order through online but the restaurant have not received my order...and I have received that my payment got deducted from bank. So I want to know what is the prodecure of refund. Pradeep Ganguli.
