[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Poor customer support and non-refund of my extra money

I ordered a pizza from [protected]@Baner location in Pune on 5th September 2014.I made an online payment of Rs.225.When delivery boy arrived at my place to deliver my pizza, he asked me for Rs.5 saying that i need to pay change.However when i contacted dominos, i got to know that it was domios who will be paying me additional Rs.5 since there was a change of 5 displayed on the bill.So in short they will be paying me 10 (5, change which they are supposed to pay+5, which i paid them instead). They said they will return my money however i did not get any response inspite of calling for 2-3 times.They only said we will send back your money.No response yet.
