Domino's Pizza — product was not delivered after payment and still no refund even after 2 weeks | |||||
I have a placed a prepaid order through online app on 21/03/18 and 687/- order no98 and it was accepted by the outlet kadugofi branch.. After 30 minutes they called and informed that product would not be delivered since it's out of delivery... They said they will send cancellation message.. But they didn't do... After 2 days i raised a complaint to guest care and they called me and said refund processed and will be reverted within 4 days but still i didn't get any amount.. Again i am sending mails but no response meanwhile i m getting message like we tried to call you but unable to reach.. Why should i when i didn't receive a single call from dominos.. Its quite disgusting experience.. When will i get refund.. Being a regular customer i m annoyed with the person who spoke with me and also about the tough time i m having with you people to get 687/-...
