Dominos Pizza Pune — Order is totally missplaced

I have given the order at 8:03 PM today which is there on the receipt, but was totally got missplaced by domminozz at Shoppers Orbit Vishrantwadi center. After initial follow ups for alomst 4 time, they said that order is on the way to displach. But when it was not recived for more than two hours. when made a call several times, they said the order was not prepared yet. This is the worst thing happened with me when I had guest at home. I fight with them to cancel my order but they said sorry for it and asked me to wait for some more time, Its 10:25 now but still I have not received it. Order details are as below One more thing: The order was not as per given, no extra topping was added. This is second pain.
