Domino's Pizza — Quality got effected

I was a regular customer of domino's pizza from past many years. Initially dominos was known for their beast service and taste. Now from past many months I had observed that the level of service provided from dominos came down. From past 5 orders which I had made online I was not receiving in time I.e., within 30minutes, which is the commitment from dominos. But ya for that they are refunding me 300 rs back. But this is not my concern. My concern is the taste, which is effected due to the late delivery. Pizza became cold, and I am not able to get the taste which I am expecting from dominos. I had paid much money which if you see not worth because taste was not at all. And second concern is the phone receptionists. When I again called them to enquire regarding my late order, they informed me rudely that sir can't you wait for further 10 min? What type of service is this domino's?? I am also attaching bill for your information.
