Domino's Pizza — Refund for payment made twice

Take away Order made on 1st April 2021 in Domino's Thiruvanmiyur branch with my mobile number [protected], Payment made twice for same order (1 time made in Amazon Pay upi which showed error while doing but amount was deducted from my account which I didn't know earlier and because of that I paid using my debit card). Trying to intimate so many times. But till now it is not resolved. They told it'll be refunded in 48 hrs but it's been a week and till now it is not refunded.

My problem is still not resolved. I don't know what to do further. Even after lodged a complaint in this forum it is still not resolved. I don't understand how these things works and really don't know to whom I have to escalate this issue.
