To whom it may concern,
I had placed an order for pizza on 22nd October, 2014 through the online service and my order was proceeded to the outlet at "Koramangla, Plot No-897, 6th Block80 Ft Peripheral Roadnear Indoor Stadium, koramangla, bangalore - 560095".
The order was placed at 9:53pm, and since I was delivered the pizza at 11pm, I was promised a refund of Rs.300 back to my credit card within 7 working days. Today is 11th Nov'14 and the refund still has not taken place. May I Know Why?
