[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — refused to deliver

Hi Dominos team, I had ordered(on 18/7/14) 2 calzone pockets and a bottle of coke to the nearest outlet unitech cyber park, sec 39 Gurgaon, but they refused to deliver it as the quantity is less.This is very disgusting.Is there any policy that you can not deliver if the quantity is less? Regards Ajay singh

Hi,

I had ordered a pizza yesterday from your restaurant in Sangli, Maharashtra(Order number - 152). My delivery address comes under 5 km radius from your store as per google maps.(Address, Ashtekar plot no 19, near Maruti temple, Abhay Nagar, Sangli), however right after placing the order I received a call from one of the executive saying that we cannot deliver to your place since it does not come under the delivery area. I had a long discussion with that person, but he refused to deliver. I am a regular customer of Dominos & not happy with the yesterdays issue. I want to know the exact radius for your delivery area.
Please revert with the details asap.
