Domino's Pizza — Regarding refund issues, staff behaviour,late delivery, missing delivery food

Hi Domino's,
Myself Dr Bhanu teja Vaddempudi, have ordered in Domino's Pizza on 15 th April 2021, Pondicherry MG road branch. They haven't delivered 2 products citing they were not available in the store..and insisted me to cancel the delivery despite I have other 4 Items which are available in the order, I resisted that saying there are four other items where are available and I asked the store people to replace the items which are not available, the store guy told he will do that and called me again he will transfer the money to Domino's wallet for the products which he could n't deliver with out consulting me, I travelled 5 km to get the parcel since it couldn't be delivered to my location, but the app the food was already delivered but it was not ..the app showed it was delivered at 9:50 pm but he bought it at 10 :30 pm..the food was cold and soggy and taste was not good ..they promised me the money will be shown in Domino's in the same day or maximum 3days ..but it's been 10 days, no response ..I called back to that store manager, but no proper response from him ..he told he will call back..but haven't received a call from Domino's. I have raised concerns for 4 times still no response.

My point is
1 . Is this the way Domino's people dealt with valuable customer?
2. Is this the way the staff in this particular store behaves?
3. Who gave Domino's the right to put my hard earned money in Domino's wallet?
4.what if I need that money for some other purpose like food, if I don't have any money left in my account what should i do?
5.How can you show those food items available in the application, actually in reality it was not available in the store.. isn't it cheating a customer?
6.why is Domino's service not contacting the customer after repeated concern's ?
7 how could you keep in the app that you have delivered the food, in reality you delivered 1 hour late, isn't this breach of promice to your valuable customer
I'm deeply disturbed and disheartened the way Domino's dealt with me, Its such a disgrace to dominos .I'm going to do legal proceedings with my attorney to sue Domino's
