[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Serious concern regarding non delivery of Pizza

Hi, This is to inform that I had ordered two Pizzas on 30 Sept 14 (Order Number 52, my contact details Nilanjan Bhattacharya [protected]). After the order was placed I got a call from Dominos that server was down and that the pizza cannot be delivered on time. I asked the same to be delivered within 45 minutes. It was told to me that they cannot give any timeline so I can either cancel or wait. When I asked by how long the same can be delivered (one hour or two hour) i was told that they cannot give any assurance. Money is also deducted from from my credit card account. There was no sign in the website that they were facing any technical issues. I feel that this is totally unacceptable. The most amusing part is online when i refreshed the page where i ordered, it is showing dispatched by Mr. Nayan. I have kept a screenshot of the same as well.
