[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Worst Online order service & customer care service

Team I placed an online order at Dominos for delivery on 5/08/2014. The amount was debited before placing successful order at the respective outlet. Was not able to track any status of the order. When I contacted so called customer care they cut the call abruptly. Finally in my 12th attempt someone responded and gave the wrong outlet contact no. Online chat put me in 100th waiting place. In the end, the order was not at all placed in the outlet and the pizza was not delivered. When I directly went to the outlet, I was told that the money would be refunded in 3 days.
