Domino's Pizza — Wrong Delivery

Today ordered 2 pizzas ( chicken fiesta & 5 pepper ) & garlic bread. Around 8.30 pm After 40 mints., we got pizzas but no garlic bread . I informed the pizza boy, he said that I somebody will bring it. By mistake we paid the money to the boy, when we checked pizzas, one was chicken fiesta & veg. Paradise which we have not ordered.then we called again on 68886888 & talked to Ashwini, he said that you will get after one hour.we are still waiting for the pizza & garlic bread. Is this the service you give to the customers.serverno. 600211 dated 5/15/2015 Order no. 377

My order number is 231 on the date 15 may 2015.
We ordered pizza from maraimalai nagar branch chennai, after half an hour of placing the order they called us to say they won't deliver, when we spoke to the manager he agreed for the delivery. Later the order was delivered to someone else and on calling them they refused to deliver again and we had to go there to pick up the order at 12am. We hope sone action will be taken for this inconvenience caused to us.
